Hands down, this is everyone's favorite cake here at The Gourmet Cupboard�! It is
moist with a slightly crunchy top. It is delicious to the last crumb! Requires 4 eggs
vegetable oil, and 1 (14oz) can of fruit cocktail. Yields 9x13 greased pan. Glaze
requires � cup butter, � cup liquid coffee creamer (amaretto, vanilla, or hazelnut). Mix does contain pecans.
