Favorite Soup:  Taco “Soup”reme and the Tortilla are a toss-up for me!  The FAMILY Loves the Taco soup, but I take the tortilla to work and add boiling water! Super fast and yummy lunch!

My 13 year old son was hungry (AGAIN, within hours of eating dinner!), so I made old faithful TGC Tortilla Soup!  Yes, he and I both love this soup, and it so quick to make up that the wait isn’t too long until we eat it!  And when we start eating it, we find it doesn’t last very long…. Gotta order some more Tortilla Soup!

Additional Recipes:

Chicken Tortilla Soup
Add 1-2 cups of cooked shredded chicken and an additional cup of your favorite vegetables, such as peas or carrots, to a pkg. of Tortilla Soup with water as directed.

I made the Tortilla soup tonight for the first time. I added a can of cooked chicken and shredded it up. I also added a whole can of drained corn, which I thought would be too much but ended up perfect. And I also added about 1/4 to 1/2 can of diced tomatoes and a little of their juice. It was very yummy- I think it is a hit in our book!
