Chicken Tortilla Soup
Add 1-2 cups of cooked shredded chicken and an additional cup of your favorite vegetables, such as peas or carrots, to a pkg. of Tortilla Soup with water as directed.

I made the Tortilla soup tonight for the first time. I added a can of cooked chicken and shredded it up. I also added a whole can of drained corn, which I thought would be too much but ended up perfect. And I also added about 1/4 to 1/2 can of diced tomatoes and a little of their juice. It was very yummy- I think it is a hit in our book!
