Baked Skillet Lasagna
Adding your own touches to this, will make your family think you spent all day preparing it. Whether you use your own homemade sauce or jarred, adding some extra flavor by choosing to prepare it with ground meat, ground sausage, or a combination, is your preference. You can also add a container of Ricotta cheese, fresh garlic, parsley or basil and spread into a baking dish, top with mozzarella and bake until melted. This also makes great leftovers to be reheated in the morning for your child’s thermos or for you take to the office. This also makes a quick dish for a pot luck, church supper, or other occasion where you are asked to bring/make a dish.
