Chocolate Lemon Cannolis
Add a package of Lemon Fruit Dip mix to 1 small container of Mascarpone cheese. Add 1/4 cup of mini chocolate chips. Fill pre-made cannoli shells with a piping bag or a filled Ziploc bag with the corner snipped.
If you can't find cannoli shells, layer the filling in a martini glass and top with a waffle cookie or fill an ice cream waffle bowl with the mixture.

 

Lemon Mousse
Mix 1 pkg. of Lemon Fruit Dip with 1 small container of cool whip with a mixer.
Slowly fold in 1 small jar of lemon curd or lemon pie filling from lemon pudding box. Serve in a glass with a whipped cream topping, a fancy cookie, and a cherry.

 

Gift Ideas Using This Mix:

 

Place any of the following mixes in a bright yellow gift box or basket along with some real lemons!!  Lemon Fruit Dip, Lemonade Pie, Lemon Cheesecake Spread, Strawberry Lemonade Dip/Pie, and Sugar Free Lemonade Pie.
