Oh my, I have never had a pumpkin pie with so much taste. Pumpkin pie is not a favorite, but now it is right up there with Cherry, which is.

No Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake

For Christmas, my family wanted the cheesecake, but I was tired and didn’t want to bake anymore, so I tried this!

2 (8oz) softened cream cheese

2/3 cup pumpkin

1 tsp. vanilla

graham cracker crust

Blend cream cheese, pumpkin, and vanilla.  Add Grandma’s Pumpkin Pie/Cheesecake. Pour into graham cracker crust.  Refrigerate overnight.  It’s great!!
