I love this dip just like it is with fresh veggie sticks or the chip like veggie sticks, you can get a great big bag of chip like Veggie Sticks at Sam's and they would be great to sample this dip with..It makes a lot of dip and now that it comes in the batch , it is a great one to sample..

I wanted to share with you a recipe I tried for Super Bowl. It started out to be pickle roll ups and ended up to be yummy finger sandwiches.
I used an 8oz block of cream cheese and 1/2 pkg of dill dip. Then I chopped fine dill pickles and salami to taste.  If I had to guess I would say about a 1/4 lb of salami and 5-6 pickles. Then I cut the crusts off of approximately 20 slices sandwich bread. Then I rolled the bread slices with a rolling pin to flatten. Spread a generous amount of cream cheese mixture and top with another flattened slice of bread. I cut into triangles and arranged on a plate and chilled in the fridge.
The original recipe I was going to make was to put cream cheese mixture on flattened bread slice then a thin slice of salami more cream cheese and a baby dill. Roll up and chill. Then slice into thirds.
I bought the large dill pickles instead of baby and they were too big.
The cheese mixture would be good made into a ball or just in a dish and serve with crackers. You could also use ham or any other meat.

Cucumber Dill Dip
Prepare Cucumber Dip Mix as directed, add 1 Tbsp of TGC's Dill Dip Mix (or to taste) to the dip. Viola!

Add it to your clam chowder. Add the entire package if you're making a big soup pot full, or just a teaspoon or so for an individual bowl

Add the entire pkg of mix to our Beer Bread mix. Mix the bread with ginger ale instead of beer, add the dill and you have a great savory bread to serve with dinner.

Dill Biscuits- Mix 2 tbls of mix into your biscuit dough. Cut out and bake as usual. Mix 1 tsp of mix into softened butter for an extra kick.

Add some into your tuna salad with a splash of lemon juice.
