A mix that I find I can't live without is "Big Shan's Fajita Seasoning"! Oh, my, we use that stuff a LOT!!! I like it as just a dry rub for a roasted chicken, or if I'm grilling chicken.... OH, I just LOVE it. And it's not too hot either.
