FAQ (Fundraisers) Fundraisers Using Order Forms FAQ
(Fundraisers) Fundraisers Using Order
Forms What
is the profit margin for the organization? Schools/organizations
will make 50% profit from each package bought. What
if the organization does not meet the free shipping
qualification? If you are
unsure if you will be able to meet the free shipping qualification, you
may want to charge each customer an extra $1.00 per package to cover the
cost. If not, the shipping
would just simply come out of the end profit. How
does the organization turn in their fundraiser when
completed? The best
way is for you to go to www.TheGourmetCupboard.com, go to the Fundraiser
Section, and submit your order through the "Fundraiser Product Order Form"
at the bottom of the page.
This way, we can begin to pull and package your order. As soon as it is packaged and
weighed, we will email you with the total. If you are paying for the
shipping, then you can send in your payment at this time. If we pay for the shipping, then
you may pre-pay before the packages are ready since the total is already
known. What
payments are accepted? Cash, if in person, a check to The Gourmet Cupboard,
paypal payment, or Visa, MasterCard or Discover payment. What
if someone wants to order a mix that it is not in one of the
packages? Anyone who
wants to order individual mixes can go to our website and order through
their school/organization, and we will give that group credit for what was
ordered. We will honor this
up to 30 days after the end of the fundraiser. For instance, if someone
ordered the Dips Package from the fundraiser but also wanted to try the
Minestrone Soup, then they would go to our website, order what extra
products they wanted, type in their school/organization, and we would ship
it directly to them. At the
end of the 30 day period, we would write that group a check from what was
ordered from our website.
What
if someone wants to order more mixes after the fundraiser is
over? Same as above. What is the
best way to sign someone up for a fundraiser? Visit our
website, TheGourmetCupboard.com, go to our Fundraiser section, and submit
the Form to Get Started!
